The Santa Run for Women’s Recovery is held in Xenia each year near Greene Memorial Hospital. This year started with gusty winds, temperatures around 22º F, and snow showers. Still at least a couple hundred runners and walkers fought the elements to race.

Roger’s design firm in Yellow Springs (Bing Design) sponsors this event, and also paid for Roger to run. He finished 1st for his age group (35-39) at a time of just over 30 minutes. Not too fast, but fun to win a metal!

Good job to the staff at the Women’s Recovery Center, the volunteers who helped direct the race and traffic, and to all the runners and walker that participated! It was a good run.
