My buddy Dave had to take his family from Huber Heights, OH to Philadelphia, PA for his work. They left a nice house with pool and large deck, to move into a 2 bedroom apartment until their condo is done. Prices in Philly are 2-3 times what prices are in the Dayton area, so a house was out of the question.

Dale, David’s dad, was to undergo kidney stone operation soon. However during the pre-op work, the doctors knicked an artery and now he has one of those terrible hospital viruses that patients sometimes get. Not good new, and now his kidney stone surgery is on hold until he is recovered!
