I was given this Bengals commemorative edition “Hu-Dey” Beer Can from a friend who knew I was a long-time Bengals fan back in 1988. That year, the Bengals went 12 and 4, they can in 1st in the AFC Central, they won the AFC Divisional playoff against the Seattle Seahawks (21-13), they won the AFC Championship game against the Buffalo Bills (21−10) but lost Super Bowl XXIII to those dirty San Francisco 49ers (20−16). It was also the year I graduated high school!

Many years have passed since then, and we had little to be happy about until 2 years ago when Carson Palmer was hurt at Pittsburgh and that pretty much ruined our playoff bid.

2009 is once again showering happiness on all Bengals fans around the world!! Finally, can we do it? We beat the Steelers twice already, why not? Come on guys, do it for the fans! Maybe we can all finally have some respect!
