Crash Test: 1959 Chevy versus 2009 Chevy

Al sent me a link to a crash test that featured a 1959 Chevrolet Impala (story says Bel Air, but I think that is off), versus a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu. I dug around and found another video of the test on YouTube that was a little better quality. I can’t help but wonder how nearly 50 years of aging might affect the comparison on the 1959, but I was expecting the solid steel body of the old car to smash the new Chevy to bits. Watch the video below to see how it turns out….
