Dad has been undergoing recent testing on his knowledge and understanding of things associated with his role at Time Warner. He has received two 100% grades on his testing. I am really proud of him, as we all are.

Sad that good employees have to work so hard to show they are relevant to others. Experience used to shine for those of us who cared about our jobs, and worked hard to help the company. Now we all deal with the vise of the economy and perceptions.
