Many of you may know my friend Dave Stephens. He and I have been friends for some 35+ years. We became friends while attending church in Northridge when we were wee-lads. Since we’ve been close.

Dave has been working for M & M Restaurant Supply as their IT guy for a number of years. He has been working out of Springfield, OH, but has just moved to Philedelphia, PA just last week. He was supposed to have moved there last year, with moving expenses and a raise, but the economy said “no” to that. So it was move or your job may go away.

They sold their house in Huber Heights a few weeks ago, and the photos on this post are of the new house being constructed outside Philly. Great news his house sold so fast (a few days!), and good the housing market is so bad, otherwise this new house would have been far more $$.

Still, the kids had to move to a new school, and Dave’s wife is in a new, unfamiliar world (as they all are getting used to). But other than having to put up with a family of four in a 2-bedroom apartment until their house is done, they are off to a good start.

Dave and his wife previously lived in Aurora, just outside Denver, CO where their daughter Victoria was born. Good luck Dave, Janelle, Victoria, and Chris!
