Al asked me about James’ results, so here is the low-down:

• Race 1 = Win!
• Race 2 = Lost by an inch
• Race 3 = Win!
• Race 4 = Lost by a car length (double-elimination, day over)

Awards:

• Won 3rd place for design and craftsmanship
• Due to a mix-up, James’ trophy was given to another scout, James found out after event about the mix-up, and will get a trophy eventually
