Shooting and Fixing

Shooting and Fixing

  • September 29, 2009

Last night, Katie and James took shots at some clay targets at Rachel’s mom and dad’s house with Misti’s 20 gauge shotgun. Katie hit the first clay she shot at, and James hit one on his 3rd or 4th try! A 7 year old and a 11 year old shooting (and hitting) clays! Obviously burglars don’t want to be around our house!

Katie finally left for dance after James and I came home to tackle the broken garage door cable and pulley. It went great, so well, that we did the other side too. Now the door works like new, almost too well! James helped dad tighten the wire loops and set the hardware into place.

Both kids are pretty helpful, when they want to be.
